Support Services team
We have two full-time Information and Support Coordinators at our office in Stratford upon Avon. They provide phone and email support, keep our website and fact sheets up to date and coordinate our peer support network.
Our three Outreach Workers (one full-time and two part-time) make home visits all over the country and also keep in touch with people by phone and email.
Our Youth Services Coordinator is part-time. She is currently exploring what young people want from the Trust and looking at how we might develop our youth services.
The team has a part-time Manager.

Fundraising Team
We have a small team of professionals who specialise in individual aspects of fundraising whilst sharing responsibilities for the remaining funding streams keeping the overheads down.
Our Community Fundraiser works full-time supporting a vast range of initiatives that fall in this specialism which include; School/University Fundraising, Family Fundraising, Community Organisations such as The Rotary & Lions, Angel Funds, and Tribute Funds.
Our Corporate Fundraiser also works full-time seeking funding in various ways from companies across the UK. The main areas of output are around; seeking project support through applications, charity of the year status via contacts throughout our network and getting corporates involved in our annual events.
The team has a full time Manager who also has sole responsibility for Trust Fundraising and Legacy Fundraising.
The team all share responsibility for Events Fundraising, Merchandise and Gift Aid.
