Molly May Cunningham

Molly May Cunningham was born on 19th May 2009 on a wonderful sunny day in Brighton. We felt like the luckiest parents in the whole world to have been given such a beautiful little girl. At just two months old Molly was diagnosed with Type 1 SMA and we were told there was no cure and it was unlikely that she would reach her first birthday. For 6months and 22 days Molly sang to us, loved splashing at bath time, disco dancing with her Daddy, playing with her cousins, going swimming in the hydrotherapy pool at Chestnut Tree House, taking lovely walks and visiting lots of places like the Sussex Downs, beaches in Brighton and Devon and aquariums where she loved watching the colourful fishes swim right past her little face. We hope her memory can help raise awareness of SMA and funding towards a cure and thank everyone who has been kind enough to help. Your efforts and involvement mean so much to us. Magical Molllington as we call her was, is and always will be our perfect forever baby.
