Welcome to the members' area of the web site of the Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.

This area is not available to the general public. It is only available to members known to the Jennifer Trust and access is only granted once you have registered your details with the Jennifer Trust and we have consented to give access based on the information you submit to us.

We ask you to register to ensure that we have your details on file for two reasons:

to ensure that you can be kept up to date by adding you to our mailing list (subject to your consent).
to allow exchange of members' opinions in a protected environment. Such opinions might otherwise be unduly critised by those not familiar with the situations unique to families affected by SMA.

If you have already been granted access, you will then find the members' pages available for selection in the menu.
If you have not been granted access, a link will be provided for new visitors to register.

As this is your first visit to JTSMA you need to log on using the form below to continue.

You will need to enter a 'User Name' and 'Password' (these can be anything you like, but should be unique to you, and easy for you to remember), and your Email Address. Then click on the 'log on' button.

Next time you visit the site you can enter your User Name and Password using the 'Return Visit?' section to identify yourself and your details will be retrieved.
