The Manchester Velodrome offers a great winter abseil venue. Participants are asked to walk along a walkway in the roof of the Velodrome, before free abseiling 130ft into the centre of the arena.

Minimum age for this event is 14. There is a registration fee of £25 which covers the cost of staging the event. You will need to raise a minimum sponsorship of £125.
