| My nephew is 12 yrs old , he's diagnosed with SMA type 2. He can sit without any support and his breathing is fairly good. Would he be able to travel for 2:30 hours by plane and which special requirements should be provided. Does British Airways has possibilities to take care of his transport? |

Can anyone with SMA give me any advice on the practicalities of attending 3rd level education i.e tips to make life easier. My daughter is not forthcoming in advising me on her true /most important needs - any help greatly appreciated. I read some stories on the SMA site personal stories and found the letters most informative and had no idea of the difficulties faced day to day by my daughter. Thanking you in advance, Urs. |
