Current Question Alarms / Intercom systems
We would be interested to hear what type of alarm or intercom systems families have been useful for night time use for a child who sleeps on a different floor from his parents. A family are looking for an alarm which will enable them to hear if their son if has nightmares i.e. he will not be awake to press an alarm for assistance at this time. His parents have tried a standard baby listening device but this has proved to be quite noisy and disturbs their sleep.

Please contact the Jennifer Trust office with any ideas.

Many thanks

We were offered some equipment from our local OT. This would be a camera and some sort of equipment to pick up sound a bit like a baby monitor. It may be worth talking to your OT.
Hope this helps
