Could I please suggest that you post a private e-mail rather than use the forum to communicate your e-mail or other contact addresses.
If you use the 'view profile' link by a forum posting, you can then choose to send a private e-mail to the user direct from the site. This is a safe way to pass on your e-mail address without publishing it on the site.
