	Equipment hire (eg hoists) in UK
Hi I am a female with SMA type II and I am hoping to go over to Liverpool for the weekend soon, can anybody advise me on where I can hire a hoist for the weekend? Thanks Julianne

Hi there. I did a quick search online and if you contact the Liverpool Disabled Living Centre http://www.liverpool.gov.uk/Health_and_social_care/Disabilities/Liverpool_Disabled_Living_Centre/index.asp I think they can give you a listing of places that hire out equipment.

Hi Julianne

You did not say when you were coming to liverpool. We live in L'pool and have a Mo lift hoist that you could borrow if you need a portable hoist. I only just noticed you note this evening so not sure if I am too late
