Who can give me some information about his/her experinces with an in-exsufflator cough mashine with little Children younger than 1 year ?

I dont know if my experience with insuflator will help you,but this aparat was help my son very much.He is 3 years old and have SMA2.This year his right lung was collapsed and doctorc didnt know what to do so they give us an ex-insuflator to try.They was thinking about tracheostomy but this machine was realy help.We have machine from EMERSON,Cambridge.You can find them on internet and they will send you a CD with an instructions how this thing works.Sorry for my langridge.Im from Slovenija.Be strong and never give up.
