Current Question Vitamin B12 & folic acid
Has anyone practical personal experience of increasing their intake of vitamin B12 and folic acid? And, by which method -- tablets and/or injection? How much is enough? I have had a year of repeated strength loss periods and recently became so weak that I've lost many of the daily routine abilities (brushing teeth, shaving, even swallowing is now a serious problem). I don't know my diagnosis exactly; I'm 60 years, male, South African. Thanks!

Hi I take these daily by tablet - normal daily dose - but have noticed no effects - but then I do not know if it would be any worse if I had not taken them! The same can be said of the 5mg of Creatin I take. Peter H

Peter -- Thanks for your reply. I've recently lost considerable strength, very quickly and quite therefore even more unsettling. So I'm trying all sorts of things. Time will tell. Thanks again.
