The Outreach Home Visiting Service
Three professionally qualified and experienced members of our Support Services Team visit newly diagnosed families at home to offer personalised support, information and guidance. They cover the whole of the UK and are available to answer your questions, help you understand SMA and to offer guidance following diagnosis.
