Hello Everyone!!! Great, so I've got you to this page one way or another so now it's your turn. Grab your wallets and purses and give generously to a great cause!! But first let me tell you a little about what I'm doing and why I'm doing it! Predominantly, I love a challenge and after having recently returned from the biggest challenge of my life so far, travelling independently around the world for a year, I needed something to really push myself, something I could focus on on my return. So on April 22nd I am running in the Virgin London Marathon 2012!! I'll be honest with you people, I'm not doing it for the good of my health, but instead for the health of individuals who suffer with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I am fundraising for The Jennifer Trust, a charity I have been involved with in fundraising before. A very good friend of mine and her husband lost their son Ethan to SMA type 1 after he was only a few months old (for more information on SMA please visit http://www.jtsma.org.uk/what_is_spinal_muscular_atrophy.html). The Jennifer Trust helped Caroline and her family through what was an extremely difficult and emotional time in their lives and have continued to support them years later. Now it's my turn to support the charity that continues to give 'Help for today, hope for tomorrow'. Thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page here at the Jennifer Trust.
