Hello Our beautiful little girl Gracie passed away on Monday 8 February 2010 at the age of 10 months. Gracie was diagnosed with SMA Type 1 when she was just 6 months old, we were devasted as you could imagine. From then on we wanted to spend as much time and do as much as possbile with our little girl. Gracie went on holiday with us and Ian and Wendy, she loved being on the plane and going swimmnig and lazing about in her little boat which her nan and grandad bought her. Gracie went to London a couple of times so I could show her off to all my friends and work colleagues, she had tea with the Queen (not really had her photo taken outside Buckingham Palace). We took Gracie to Farming World and to Sealife centre at Hastings which she loved. Gracie loved spending time with all her family and had a lovely Christmas and New Year with her nan's and grandad's and uncle Liam and aunty Kelly who spoilt her and why not. Gracie was such a happy little girl always smiling and talking she brought so much joy and happiness to many people in her short life. Gracie had the most beautiful blue eyes and told you exactly what she was thinking, even when she was asleep she slept with one eye open so she didn't miss out on anything. Gracie was a very sociable little girl and enjoyed meeting up with her little friends, Logan, Lois, Thorsten, Archie, Joseph and Milan. Her favourite nursery rhymes were "row row your boat" especially when you moved her little legs to the words and "twinkle twinkle little star" which we used to sing to her to get her to sleep. Gracie, you will be missed very much but will be in our hearts forever.
